Week 8

Hi Parents, Just a reminder of Harmony Day this Friday. For the shared morning I will leave it up to you to decide whether you bring in sweet or savoury. Don't forget it is also a dress up day. Friendship bracelets. Today the children began making friendship bracelets as an activity related to the letter of the day....f. Week 7 information

Hi Parents, Thank you for coming to our assembly last Friday. Our beautiful kids were awesome and very brave to get up in front of the whole school. We will have a prayer assembly later in the year so keep an eye out for that one. Parent Teacher Interviews  Week 9 Term 1 It is expected that all parents will attend a parent teacher interview this term to discuss your child's progress This timetable is up outside our classroom for you to write your name in a time slot. Please write your child's name too. If you are unable to come into school to write your name in a time, you may email me with 3 time preferences and I am happy to place your name in one that is free. I will contact you if they are not available. If there are not any times that suit you please see me to discuss an alternative. It is important that you write this time and date in your diary so as not to miss your time slot. Where possible do not leave gaps in the timetable.    IE Fill all the earlier tim

Week 5

Hi Parents, I hope you all enjoyed your long weekends. It is so nice to have that extra time to spend with family or friends. This will be a long post with a lot of information so get your notebook out!! PPL Assembly Our assembly will be next Friday 15th March. I am wondering if each child could bring in a cheap white shirt next week. We will be painting on it to wear at our assembly so if you have an old one you are willing to sacrifice that'd be perfect. Even an old one that has a picture on but could be turned inside out. Please let me know if you have any trouble sourcing one . Religion This week we celebrate Ash Wednesday with a prayer service. Ash Wednesday is the beginning of Lent. On Ash Wednesday, blessed ashes are put on your forehead in the shape of a cross. These ashes are made by burning palm leaves which have been saved from last year’s Palm Sunday. Ash Wednesday is also when we say sorry for doing the wrong thing during Lent.
