Dear Parents, We would like to extend a very warm welcome to the children and their families who will be a part of PPL this year. It is our intention that your child will feel safe and welcome whilst in our care and that they will develop a strong sense of belonging to their pre primary cohort. Pre primary is their first year of formal schooling. It is a very important year as it sets the tone for their future learning. We take the task of leading your child's learning very seriously and know that for rich learning to occur they will need to feel happy, safe and confident in their school environment. The first day of preprimary can be daunting for many children as it is the start of full-time school attendance. Our present Covid guidelines strongly recommend reduced adult presence in the classrooms. This is a challenge for children and parents at the beginning of a new school year.
