Last Week and Mission Market Day

 Hi Parents, Only a few days and we can all have a well deserved rest!! Our beautiful kids have worked so hard all term and have made amazing progress. Thanks to the families who came in last week for a classroom visit. It was wonderful having you in again and I know how excited the kids were to show off all of the amazing things we have been doing. They are requesting another week for parents to visit!! There will be some opportunities for classroom visits again next term. We have lots of important information to share, beginning with.... Mission Markets - Pre Primary Cake Stall Our markets are about raising money for Catholic Mission Australia. Each class organises a way of raising money in a market type format. Some classes will be running stalls with goods for the children to buy and others have organised games for the children to play. Classroom Visits Week 9

Hi Parents, Please click on the following link. This will allow you to choose a time slot that suits you for our classroom visits next week if you would like to attend. Each time slot is for 15 mins and 3 families can attend at the one time. PPL Classroom Visit Timetable Sticks and things We are creating some nature art during Science at the moment. We need sticks, vines, twigs, flowers with stems, soft small branches with leaves, rosemary etc to weave into our nature frames. Please collect a bag for you child to use and share. Week 8 Term 3

 This week's previous blog post seems to have vanished so I have resent the main information in case you didn't get a chance to read it. I am currently undertaking some professional learning with some of my colleagues which is why I am out of the classroom at the moment. I'll be back on Thursday. Additional Information for Science We are creating some Nature Weaving Art in Science. We would love it if you could send in a bag of sticks, vines, stems, flowers with stems, long soft twigs with or without leaves, rosemary twigs etc that we could use to weave into out stick frames. WEEK 8 REMINDERS Classroom Visits - Week 9 As we know parents have not been able to come into our classroom for a long time. On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of Week 9 we will be open for classroom visits. This will be an opportunity to come into the classroom with your child so they can show you what we have been up to.
